The National Institute of Technology Raipur (NIT Raipur), formerly Government Engineering College Raipur, is a distinguished engineering institute in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Established in 1956, it is one of the 31 NITs the Government of India established. NIT Raipur is one of the largest NITs in student intake and is renowned for fostering a dynamic academic environment.
