Alliance School of Law Admission Process

  1. Check the Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for admission to the Alliance School of Law are as follows: 
    1. For the BA-LL.B. (Hons.) Course: 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
    2. For the BBA-LL.B. (Hons.) Course: 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
    3. For the LL.M. course: LL.B./B.L. or any other graduate degree in Law recognised by the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.

  5. Appear for the Entrance Exam: The CLAT, LSAT, and AUSAT exams are held in different cities across India. The dates and locations of the exams are announced on the websites of the respective exam conducting bodies.
  6. Wait for the Entrance Exam results: The results are usually announced a few weeks later.
  7. Shortlisted Candidates will be Invited for a Personal Interview: The personal interview allows the selection committee to assess the Candidate's suitability for the course.
  8. Wait for the Final Admission Decision: The final admission decision will be based on the Candidate's performance in the entrance exam, the personal interview, and your academic record.

Alliance School of Law BA LLB Admission Process

  1. Check Eligibility: The eligibility criteria for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) program at Alliance School of Law are as follows:
    1. Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised Board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST candidates).

  1. General Eligibility Criteria:
    1. Completion of Pre-University, Higher Secondary, or 10+2 Examinations or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or Council in any discipline.
    2. Attainment of a minimum of 50% marks in the subjects taken in standard 12 or its equivalent. Alternatively, a candidate can have a 50% aggregate in a 3-year Diploma recognised by AICTE.
    3. Age limit: Applicants should be under 20 years of age.
  2. SC/ST Eligibility Criteria:
    1. Successful completion of Pre-University, Higher Secondary, or 10+2 Examinations or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or Council in any discipline.
    2. Achieved at least 45% marks in the subjects taken in standard 12 or its equivalent. Alternatively, a candidate can have a 45% aggregate in a 3-year Diploma recognised by AICTE.

    1. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with a minimum aggregate of 43% for OBC candidates and 45% for those in the General Category. This degree must be from a recognised university.
  2. SC/ST Eligibility Criteria:
    1. SC/ST candidates need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 40% from a recognised university to be eligible.

  1. Step 1: Check Eligibility

Alliance School of Law LLM Eligibility Criteria

  1. Candidate must hold an LL.B./B.L. degree or any other graduate degree in Law that the Bar Council of India recognises.
  2. Candidate must have achieved a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. However, a minimum of 40% marks is required if the Candidate belongs to a reserved category.

Alliance School of Law PhD in Law Admission Process

The Alliance School of Law (ASL) PhD in the Law admission process is as follows:

  1. Check Eligibility: To be eligible for admission to the PhD in Law program at ASL, candidates must have a Master's Degree (LLM) in Law with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognised university. A minimum of two years of full-time work experience is desirable.
  2. Apply Online: Candidates must apply online through the ASL website. The application form requires candidates to provide their personal information, academic qualifications, work experience, and research interests. Candidates must also upload a recent passport-size photograph and a scanned copy of their signature.
  3. Pay the Application Fee: Candidates can pay the application fee online or through a demand draft drawn in favour of "Alliance University - School of Law", payable at Bengaluru.
  4. Submit the Required Documents: Along with the application form, candidates must also submit the following documents:
    1. Attested copies of all academic transcripts and certificates
