SSCASR Admissions Process
Undergraduate (BAMS) Program
- Eligibility: Passed the two-year PUC examination of the PU Education Board, Karnataka or Higher Secondary (10+2) or any other examination recognised as equivalent therein with English as one of the languages and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of the relevant Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of the Second year PUC examination only).
- NEET Score: NEET score is required for admission to the BAMS program at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research. The cut-off NEET score varies yearly depending on the number of applicants and available seats.
- Application Process: The application process for the BAMS program is online. Applicants must visit the Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research website and register for an account. Once registered, applicants can log in and fill out the application form. The application form requires applicants to enter their personal information, academic qualifications, and NEET scores.
- Counselling: Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research will release a merit list of eligible applicants after the application deadline. The merit list will be based on the NEET scores of the applicants. Eligible applicants will be invited to participate in counselling sessions. During the counselling sessions, applicants can select their preferred colleges and courses.
- Admission: Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research will release a final admission list after the counselling sessions. Postgraduate (MD) Program
- Eligibility: Passed the BAMS course from any recognised University approved by CCIM.
- AIAPGET Score: AIAPGET score is required for admission to the MD/MS program at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research. The cut-off AIAPGET score varies yearly depending on the number of applicants and available seats.
- Application Process: The application process for the MD/MS program is online. Applicants must visit the Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research website and register for an account. SSCASR BAMS Admission Process
Step 1: Apply for NEET
NEET is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses in India. Candidates must register for NEET online and appear for the exam on the scheduled date.
Step 2: Check NEET Results
NEET results are usually declared within a month of the exam. Candidates can check their results online on the NTA website.
Step 3: Apply for Admission to Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research
Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research offers admission to the BAMS program based on NEET scores. Candidates can apply for admission online on the college website.
Step 4: Attend Counseling and Admission
Candidates who are shortlisted based on their NEET scores will be called for counselling and admission. Candidates must present their original documents at the counselling session and pay the admission fees.
Step 5: Enroll in the BAMS Program
After completing the admission process, candidates can enrol in the Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research BAMS program.
SCASR BAMS Eligibility Criteria
- Passed the two-year PUC examination of the PU Education Board, Bangalore, or any equivalent examination recognised by the board.
- English must be one of the languages in the qualifying exam.
- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology must be chosen as optional subjects in the qualifying exam.
- To be eligible for admission, candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in the aggregate of the relevant Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) in the Second year PUC examination.
- SC / ST students from Karnataka State need at least 40% marks in the aggregate of the relevant Science subjects.
SCASR BAMS Selection criteria
The selection for the BAMS program at SCASR is based on merit. The merit is calculated based on candidates' 10+2 and NEET examinations performance.
SSCASR MD Admission Process
- Eligibility: Applicants must have completed a BAMS course from any recognised University approved by CCIM.
- Appear for AIAPGET: All India Ayurveda Post Graduation Entrance Test (AIAPGET) is a national-level entrance test for admission to India's M.D./M.S. (Ayurveda) courses. Applicants must appear for AIAPGET and secure a valid rank.
- Apply to Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research: Online applications are invited for admission to M.D./M.S. (Ayurveda) courses at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research. Applicants must visit the college website and fill in the online application form.
- Attend Counseling: Based on the AIAPGET rank, applicants will be shortlisted for counselling. Counselling will be conducted at the college campus.
- Admission: Applicants selected during counselling will be offered admission to M.D./M.S. (Ayurveda) courses at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science & Research.

SSCASR Required Documents for Admission
- 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates: Academic records are essential for verifying eligibility.

- Migration Certificate: This is required for students from boards other than the respective state board.
- Entrance Exam Scorecard: A valid scorecard of the relevant entrance exam (e.g., NEET).
