BMS School of Architecture [BMSSA] Admission Process
- Check the Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for admission to BMSSA are as follows:
- Completing the 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry is required for eligibility.
- A valid score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).

- Check your Eligibility: To be eligible for BArch admission at BMSSA, Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Candidates must also have a valid NATA score.

- Appear for the Entrance Test: BMSSA considers the following entrance scores for BArch admission:
- NATA score
- CET score (conducted by Karnataka Government)

To be eligible for admission, students must meet the following academic criteria:
- Completing the 2nd PUC/12th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Mathematics should be one of the compulsory optional subjects in the qualifying examination.
- Attainment of a minimum aggregate score of 50% in all subjects of the qualifying examination.
- For candidates belonging to Karnataka Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes, a minimum aggregate score of 45% is required.
Entrance Exam Requirement:
Besides meeting the academic prerequisites, candidates must also pass the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) entrance examination. This exam is a crucial step in admission and assesses a candidate's architectural aptitude.

- Eligibility: Candidates must have passed B.Arch or equivalent examinations from a recognised Institute or University and qualify successfully for the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) that the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts if they seek admission under government quota.
- Application Process: Applicants can submit their applications online via the KEA website. The application process typically opens in May and closes in June.
- Entrance Exam: The PGCET is a two-hour online exam that consists of two parts:

- Eligibility: Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university.

- Entrance Test: Shortlisted candidates will be required to take an entrance test conducted by BMSSA. The entrance test will consist of a written test and an interview.
