NIT Delhi Scholarships
- Merit-based scholarships:
- Institute Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to the top 10% of students in each undergraduate program. The scholarship provides full tuition fee reimbursement for the entire program duration.
- Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: This scholarship is conferred upon students who have exhibited academic excellence and possess a parental income of less than INR 6 lakhs per annum. The scholarship provides full tuition fee reimbursement for the entire program duration.
- Scholarship for Women Students: This scholarship is awarded to female students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies in any discipline at NITD. The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of INR 5,000.
- Financial aid scholarships:
- Tuition Fee Waiver for SC/ST/OBC Students: This scholarship is granted to students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies at NITD. The scholarship includes a complete waiver of tuition fees for the entire program.
- Post-Matric Scholarship for Students of Weaker Sections: This scholarship is granted to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Sections are pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies at NITD. The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of INR 1,000.
- Scholarships for Differently Abled Students: This scholarship is awarded to differently-abled students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies at NITD. The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of INR 1,000.
- Other scholarships
- Industry-Sponsored Scholarships: These scholarships are awarded by various industries to students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies in disciplines related to the industry.
- Alum Scholarships: These scholarships are awarded by NITD alums to students who have demonstrated academic excellence and have a financial need.
- Sports Scholarships: These scholarships are awarded to students who have excelled in sports and are pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies at NITD. The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of INR 2,000.
