IIT Mandi [IITM] : Placements

Step 1: The placement cell serves as a mediator, contacting prospective candidates by dispatching invitations for the placement drive. These invitations, accompanied by the placement brochure, are extended to esteemed companies and organizations.

Step 2: Organizations intrigued by IIT Mandi's Placement drive accept the invitation, affirming their active participation on the designated drive date.

Step 3: The organization communicates the prerequisites for the selection process, specifying candidate criteria, job designation, Compensation Package (CTC), and other pertinent recruitment particulars.

Step 4: Eligible candidates meeting the stipulated qualifications and criteria submit their resumes to either the placement cell or directly to the respective organization.

Step 5: The organization proceeds to conduct diverse assessment rounds, encompassing Personal Interviews, Group Discussions, Aptitude Tests, and Written Tests. These rounds ascertain the candidate's suitability for the offered role.

Step 6: Following the successful completion of the interview process, the selected candidates, meeting all requisites, are formally brought on board by the organization.
