PES University : Admissions

PES University admission is primarily entrance-based. The university accepts national-level entrance exams like JEE Main, CAT, GATE, KCET, etc. for specific courses. PES University conducts its in-house entrance exam-PESSAT. The university offers 27-degree courses in various specializations at UG, PG and doctoral levels. Interested candidates can register online for admission to the course of their choice.

STEP 1: PES University Application Process 2024

Candidates can register online on the official website of the university. Aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,200 to register for the course of their choice. Candidates must also have the specified documents ready for registration.

STEP 2: Slot Booking

After submission of the form, the candidates must book a slot for the PESSAT exam. This step is valid only for candidates appearing for PESSAT. Once they have booked their slot, an admittance card will be issued. Aspirants must download their admittance card.

STEP 3: Selection Rounds

PES University admission criteria include eligibility, an entrance exam followed by other selection rounds. The criteria vary as per the course. PESSAT conducted by PES University is accepted for admission to all the courses. National or state-level entrance exams like JEE Main, KCET, GATE, etc. are required for admission to specific courses. PES conducts an interview round for shortlisted candidates for admission to some courses.

STEP 4: Counselling

The selected candidates are further called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to get a seat in the university. Once the fee is paid, candidates can report to the institute.
