3. Select Your Preferred Colleges and Courses: In the JoSAA application form, you must select your preferred colleges and courses. You can select up to 100 colleges and courses in the order of your preference.
4. Lock Your Choices: Once you have selected your preferred colleges and courses, you must lock your choices. Once you have locked your choices, you cannot change your application.
5. Participate in JoSAA Counselling: JoSAA counselling is conducted in multiple rounds. In each round, you will be allotted a seat based on your JEE Main rank, your preferences, and the availability of seats.
6. Accept Your Seat: If you are allotted a seat in a round of JoSAA counselling, you must accept the seat within the stipulated period. It would be best if you accepted the seat to be considered for subsequent rounds of counselling.
7. Report to the Allotted College: Once you have accepted your seat, you must report to the allotted College on the specified date. You must carry all the required documents, such as your JEE Main admit Card, scorecard, and class 12th mark sheet.

4. Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI): The GD round tests a candidate's communication and teamwork skills. The Personal Interview (PI) round is a one-on-one interview with a panel of faculty members. 1. The selection of candidates for admission to the PhD program will be made based on a written test and an interview.
2. The respective departments will conduct the written test.
3. The Interview will be conducted by a Departmental Research Committee (DRC) of faculty members and experts from the relevant field.
