• Undergraduate, Graduate, and Postgraduate Courses: A nominal application fee of Rs. 1000 is applicable.
• Diploma Courses: The application fee for diploma courses is Rs. 500.

2. Physics, Chemistry and Biology with mandatory English.
3. Age limit: 17-35 years. There is no age limit for certified ANM personnel.
