Padmashree Institute of Nursing Admission Process

  1. Apply Online: Students can apply online through the college website. The application form can be found on the college website.
  2. Submit the Application Form: The form must be submitted along with the required documents. The required documents are:
    1. Mark sheets of 10th and 12th standard
    2. Transfer certificate
    3. Character certificate
    4. Migration certificate (if applicable)

Padmashree Institute of Nursing BSC Nursing Eligibility Criteria

  1. Pre-University Examination (PUC):
    1. Candidates should have completed the 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State.
    2. A minimum aggregate mark of 50% obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (PCBE) combined is required in the qualifying examination.
    3. For applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Classes, a minimum of 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English combined is acceptable.
  2. Vocational Higher Secondary Course:
    1. Candidates from the Vocational Higher Secondary Course conducted by the Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, are eligible.
    2. A minimum of five subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and a vocational subject, must be taken.
    3. Individual passing in all subjects is necessary.
    4. A minimum mark of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English is required.
    5. For Applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Classes, a minimum of 40% marks in these subjects combined is acceptable.
  3. Additional Requirements:
    1. The Applicant must have reached 17 years of age on or before December 31st of the year of admission.
    2. A candidate should be medically fit as per the institution's standards.

Padmashree Institute of Nursing PB BSC Nursing Eligibility Criteria

  1. Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM): Hold a valid Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognised institution.
  2. Registered Nurse: Be a registered nurse duly certified by the appropriate nursing regulatory authority.
  3. Relevant Experience: Possess at least two years of experience in hospital or community health nursing.
  4. Pre-University Examination (PUC) Qualification: Successfully cleared the Pre-University Examination (PUC) in Arts, Science, or Commerce, conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State.
  5. Proficiency in English: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the English language.
  6. Medical Fitness: Be medically fit as per the institution's standards.
  7. Impeccable Records: Present a solid personal and professional track record.

Padmashree Institute of Nursing MSC Nursing Eligibility Criteria

  1. Registered Nurse and Midwife: Hold a valid registration as a Nurse and Midwife or equivalent from a State Nursing Registration Council.
  2. Educational Qualification: Possess a minimum of one of the following qualifications with an aggregate of at least 55% marks: 
    1. B.Sc. Nursing
    2. B.Sc. Hons. Nursing
    3. Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
  3. Recognised Institution: Have completed B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Hons. Nursing, or Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
  4. Work Experience: 
    1. Hold a minimum of one year of work experience after completing Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
    2. Additionally, possess a minimum of one year of work experience before or after completing Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  5. Medical Fitness: Be in good medical condition per the institution's standards.
  6. Relaxation for SC/ST Candidates:  A 5% relaxation in aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates.
