Padmashree Institute of Nursing BSC Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Pre-University Examination (PUC):
- Candidates should have completed the 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State.
- A minimum aggregate mark of 50% obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (PCBE) combined is required in the qualifying examination.
- For applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Classes, a minimum of 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English combined is acceptable.
- Vocational Higher Secondary Course:
- Candidates from the Vocational Higher Secondary Course conducted by the Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, are eligible.
- A minimum of five subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and a vocational subject, must be taken.
- Individual passing in all subjects is necessary.
- A minimum mark of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English is required.
- For Applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Classes, a minimum of 40% marks in these subjects combined is acceptable.
- Additional Requirements:
- The Applicant must have reached 17 years of age on or before December 31st of the year of admission.
- A candidate should be medically fit as per the institution's standards.

Padmashree Institute of Nursing PB BSC Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM): Hold a valid Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognised institution.
- Registered Nurse: Be a registered nurse duly certified by the appropriate nursing regulatory authority.
- Relevant Experience: Possess at least two years of experience in hospital or community health nursing.
- Pre-University Examination (PUC) Qualification: Successfully cleared the Pre-University Examination (PUC) in Arts, Science, or Commerce, conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State.
- Proficiency in English: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the English language.
- Medical Fitness: Be medically fit as per the institution's standards.

Padmashree Institute of Nursing MSC Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Registered Nurse and Midwife: Hold a valid registration as a Nurse and Midwife or equivalent from a State Nursing Registration Council.
- Educational Qualification: Possess a minimum of one of the following qualifications with an aggregate of at least 55% marks:
- B.Sc. Nursing
- B.Sc. Hons. Nursing
- Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- Recognised Institution: Have completed B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Hons. Nursing, or Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Work Experience:
- Hold a minimum of one year of work experience after completing Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Additionally, possess a minimum of one year of work experience before or after completing Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Medical Fitness: Be in good medical condition per the institution's standards.
- Relaxation for SC/ST Candidates: A 5% relaxation in aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates.
