Bachelor of Science Aviation [B Sc Aviation]

B Sc Aviation is an undergraduate degree course in aviation of 3-years duration. Aviation Science, as the name suggests, refers to the study, design, and operation of aircraft. It is an undergraduate Infrastructure Management Course. The program will provide students a strong background in the Aviation Management field as well as business and leadership practices.  

In this course, candidates learn about fire safety, dangerous goods, airport security, passenger forecasting, airport planning, aerodrome works, and many other related topics. 

The basic eligibility to apply for this programme is HSC with a minimum of 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects. 

Bachelor of Science [B. Sc] - Aviation Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admission to this program are as given below. 

• Different institutes across the country have different eligibility criteria. However, the basic eligibility is HSC with a minimum of 50-60% marks. This requirement varies from college to college. 
• Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects in HSC. 
• 5% relaxation is allowed for students from reserved communities. 

Bachelor of Science [B. Sc] - Aviation Admission Process 

There are two kinds of admission process for the program enrolment. Entrance-based and merit-based. 

Entrance Based Admission: Here the admission is allotted based on the entrance exams conducted by the relevant institute. Students with the relevant cutoff marks will get the admission in the respective colleges after counseling. 

Merit-Based Admission: This also can be called Management Quota admission or Direct admission. In this admission process, the student has to apply directly to the desired university or college through their application process. Some of them offer online and some offline.
