Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College And Hospital BAMS Eligibility Criteria
For General & Management /Institutional Preference Candidates:
- Candidates seeking admission to the BAMS course should have passed the PUC or 10+2 equivalent examination recognised by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
- A minimum of 50% marks in English and 50% in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) are required for eligibility.
- SC/ST candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks instead of 50%.
- Selection merit is determined by the results of the entrance examinations (KCET/COMEDK), with a minimum of 50% marks required. The threshold for SC/ST candidates is 40% instead of 50%.
- Age Criteria: Candidates must have attained 17 years of age on or before December 31st of the admission year.
For Non-Karnataka & CBSE (10+2) Candidates:
- Eligibility Certificate for CBSE Board and Non-Karnataka Students:
- Candidates who have completed their 10+2 education from the CBSE Board or are non-Karnataka students must obtain an Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, before admission.
- Foreign Eligibility Certificate for International Students:
- Before admission, students who have completed their 10+2 education outside of India must apply for a Foreign Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
